Goldentrophy Software is the copyright holder of ii's Stupid Menu, as shown in the copyright notices your own repository retains. The violations are: 1\. Distribution of ii's Stupid Menu within ii Engine without license or source (GPL Sections 4 and 6). ii Engine, offered at https://iistupid.com/product/ii-engine, conveys ii's Stupid Menu, in original or modified form, in object code form. It is conveyed without a copy of the GPL and without the Corresponding Source or a valid written offer for it, as Section 6 requires. 2\. Missing modification notices (GPL Section 5(a)). The repository at https://github.com/iireborn/ii.stupid.menu contains a modified version of ii's Stupid Menu but does not carry prominent notices stating that it was modified and giving a relevant date. Your tracker service at https://iistupid.com/product/ii-tracker incorporates code from my tracker backend, which is licensed under the same licensing terms as ii's Stupid Menu, without complying with its terms. Unless confirmation can be made that the backend code is completely different and does not reference iidk.online-legacy, this violates the license. Under Section 8, these violations automatically terminate your rights under the GPL for this work. Under the same section, if this is the first notice of violation you have received from me, your license will be reinstated permanently if you cure every violation within 30 days of receiving this notice. To cure, by 25/10/2026, you must: \- Include the full GPL v3 text with every copy of ii Engine within the main exe and installer and any other product that contains ii's Stupid Menu code; \- Provide the complete Corresponding Source for every such product, including ii Engine, in the manner Section 6 requires; \- Add prominent, dated notices to your repository and builds stating that the work was modified from the original; and \- Confirm to me in writing at admin@goldentrophy.software that each of the above is done. If the violations are not cured by that date, any further copying, modification, or distribution of ii's Stupid Menu code by you is unlicensed and infringes Goldentrophy Software's copyright. I will then pursue takedowns with GitHub (iireborn), your hosting provider (Spaceship, Cloudflare, Namecheap), and your payment processors (Sellauth), and reserve all other legal remedies.
