# Cease and desist-Unauthorized Use of the iiDk and ii's Stupid Menu Marks and Copyrighted Artwork (Goldentrophy Software)

I am the owner of the names and marks iiDk, ii's Stupid Menu, ii's Stupid Mods, and Goldentrophy Software (the "Marks"). I have used the Marks in commerce since 2023, including to distribute ii's Stupid Menu and to sell paid tracker subscriptions through Patreon. "ii" in these Marks is short for iiDk, my name.

At 2026-08-13T06:17:08.874Z I sold you a Discord server for \$475. That sale did not include the Marks, their goodwill, or any artwork. You acknowledged this in writing on September 5, 2026, when you told me that I sold you the server and not the original brand. On the same day I asked you to stop using my name and the "ii's" branding, and you refused, saying you wanted to keep it so people would know which menu it is connected to.

Your current conduct uses the Marks to sell competing products and implies a connection with me that does not exist. This includes:

\- Operating the domain iistupid.com;  
\- Selling "ii Tracker" (https://iistupid.com/product/ii-tracker) and "ii Engine" (https://iistupid.com/product/ii-engine);  
\- Branding your fork as "ii's Stupid Menu Continued" or similar.

This is likely to cause confusion about the source of your products, and constitutes false designation of origin and unfair competition under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and applicable state law.

You are also using artwork I created and own, without permission, which infringes my copyright. You agreed on September 5, 2026 not to use it. The uses are:

\- The ii Engine icon at https://iistupid.com/storage/images/1146690.webp;  
\- The profile picture of Discord user ID 1541246974404198470;  
\- The icon of Discord role ID 1543321916658417807\.

I demand that by 9/10/2026, you:

1\. Stop using iiDk, ii's Stupid Menu, ii's Stupid Mods, "ii", and any confusingly similar name for any product, service, website, or server;  
2\. Transfer the domain iistupid.com to me and do not register any similar domain;  
3\. Remove every copy of my artwork, including the three items listed above, from all websites, Discord servers, bots, and products;  
4\. Stop using the Goldentrophy Software name, except for the copyright and license notices the GPL requires you to keep in ii's Stupid Menu code; and  
5\. Confirm in writing at admin@goldentrophy.software that you have done all of the above.

Nothing in this letter limits your rights under the GPL to modify and distribute ii's Stupid Menu under a different name, provided you comply with the GPL.

If you do not comply by 9/10/2026, I will pursue all available remedies without further notice, including takedown notices to your hosting, domain, and payment providers, a domain dispute (UDRP) for iistupid.com, and legal action. This letter does not waive any of my rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
